Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All Liquid London products are 100% cruelty-free and we never test on animals at any stage of production.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an Express Delivery option which arrives within 1-2 business days if ordered before 2 PM.
What is your return policy for skincare items?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the UK, Europe, and North America. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our range is formulated with sensitive skin in mind. However, we always recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page and performing a patch test before full application.
